At Luxivoria, we take pride in the quality and luxury of our products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We want you to love your Luxivoria experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Personal care items (including fragrance boosters, once unsealed)

Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.
Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to complete a return for your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
