1. What makes Luxivoria different from other laundry boosters?

Luxivoria is the first perfume-grade laundry fragrance booster . Unlike generic beads that smell like detergent, our formulas are inspired by iconic designer perfumes and crafted with advanced technology to ensure the scent lasts for days on your clothes.


2. How long does the fragrance last on clothes?

Our boosters are designed for 72+ hours of wear, depending on fabric type and storage. Abayas, outerwear, and heavier fabrics often retain the scent for even longer.


3. Are Luxivoria products safe for all fabrics?

Yes. Our fragrance beads dissolve completely in the wash and are safe for most machine-washable fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. For delicate silks or specialty garments, we recommend testing on a small area first.


4. Can I use Luxivoria with sensitive skin?

Our products are crafted with premium fragrance oils and encapsulation that limits direct skin contact. While generally safe, we recommend washing bedding or clothes for infants and those with very sensitive skin separately.


5. How do I use Luxivoria fragrance beads?

Simply add 20 g  of Luxivoria beads directly into the drum of your washing machine before adding your clothes. For a stronger, longer-lasting aura, use a full cap.


6. Do I still need fabric softener or detergent?

Yes — Luxivoria is a fragrance booster, not a detergent or softener. Use it alongside your regular detergent and, if desired, softener for the best results.


7. Which scents are available?

We launch with a curated collection inspired by the world’s most loved perfumes. Each blend is chosen for its longevity, elegance, and cultural relevance in the GCC. (Check our product page for the current lineup.)


8. Are Luxivoria products safe for washing machines?

Yes. Our beads dissolve completely during the wash cycle and will not clog or damage your machine.


9. Do you ship outside the GCC?

Currently, we ship across the UAE and KSA, with expansion to other GCC countries soon. International shipping will follow — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.


10. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. If your product arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ensure a smooth return or replacement in line with our Refund Policy.
